By accessing and using the Art by Adliya Furnishing website (artbyadliyafurnishing.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products & Pricing
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations in color and finish may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
Custom furniture orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation. Final pricing for custom orders will be confirmed after design consultation and material selection.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, BenefitPay, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (within Bahrain only).
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. For custom orders, production begins only after the deposit is received. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Delivery & Shipping
We offer free delivery on orders above BHD 50 within Bahrain. For orders below BHD 50, a delivery fee of BHD 5 applies. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for in-stock items and 2–4 weeks for custom orders.
Our delivery team provides professional assembly and installation services at no additional charge within Bahrain. For deliveries outside Bahrain, shipping costs and timelines will be quoted separately.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for standard products in original condition with all packaging intact. Custom-made and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

6. Warranty
All furniture comes with a standard manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship issues. Premium and custom collections include extended warranty options. Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase within the warranty period.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Art by Adliya Furnishing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer support. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Art by Adliya Furnishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bahrain.
