Return Window
Standard products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made, personalized, or specially commissioned pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. Sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Items showing signs of use, assembly, or damage from improper handling are not eligible
- Custom orders are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects
How to Return
- Contact our customer support team at info@artbyadliyafurnishing.com or call +973 1740 4090 to request a return authorization.
- Our team will schedule a pickup from your location within Bahrain at no extra charge.
- Ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- Cash on delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer
- Delivery and assembly fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same condition requirements as returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange immediate replacement or repair at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
